It didn’t take long for the GOP-RINO establishment to kick the best thing the Republican Party has produced in decades – Donald Trump – to the curb.
The Trump family’s belongings no sooner landed aboard a C-17 in Florida Tuesday when Mitch McConnell took to the well of the Senate to jump on the Gaslighting Party bandwagon and join with Democrats in blaming the president for the Capitol riot earlier this month.
“The mob was fed lies,” McConnell – who likely won reelection in Kentucky thanks in large part to Trump’s support – said. “They were provoked by the president and other powerful people.”
Thanks, Mitch. You haven’t learned a damn thing from dumping on the Tea Party movement, have you? Trump’s popular support for populism and The American Way kept you and your party alive this election cycle, despite obvious, blatant election rigging by your new/old friends in the ‘opposition party.’
And you thank him with a scornful, false accusation – after he’s been impeached for the second time, for no reason.
We’ll see how long it lasts with ‘friends’ like this running the GOP, but there’s no question it’s in better shape after four years of Donald Trump, as The Federalist notes: (Read more)
